We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. No returns on Jewelry, email us if you have any issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RMA Number Requirement: All returns/exchanges must have an RMA number clearly indicated on the exterior of the package. If an RMA number is not clearly indicated on the exterior of the package the item will be refused, and the Purchaser will assume all costs associated with the refusal and return of the package to its origin point. Melrose retains the right to refuse any item if we consider its exterior packaging to be significantly damaged.
Returns Due to Purchaser/Buyer Error: In the event of returns due to Purchaser/Buyer error (including but not limited to remorse, wrong item purchased, or anything that is clearly not a case of Seller error), the Purchaser will be solely responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to our distribution facility. All returns of this nature will be subject to our RMA Number Requirement. Items may ONLY be returned if the item is in NEW condition, and all packaging, parts, and labeling must be in place. If the item is missing any packaging, parts, labeling, or the item shows any signs of use, the item will be considered USED and credit will not be given. In such cases, Melrose reserves the right to contact the Purchaser/Buyer for payment to have the item returned to them.
Returns Insured Against Loss, Theft, or Damage: It is strongly advised that any Purchaser/Buyer that is returning an item(s) due to Purchaser/Buyer Error ship via a carrier that offers tracking; and, to insure the item(s) for the full purchase price as TerryAnns is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during the shipment of this type of return item(s).
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item received is damaged, take photos of the damaged items and its packing and email it to us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
